“My family life feels messy, complicated, and sometimes downright exhausting. The constant juggling act between work, family, and self-care leaves me feeling like I’m on a tightrope, filled with anxiety.

And then there’s my partner. We used to be a team, but lately, it feels like we’re not even playing the same sport. Our communication stinks, and we’re bickering all the time. I feel like we’ve lost sight of each other because of the chaos of parenting and bills and responsibilities. The kids have what they need, but it still feels like we’re not doing everything we can for them. As a family, if we don’t get some help, I fear for our future.”

Working with families is what I love to do. I provide a compassionate and calm therapeutic environment for you to explore and find peace for yourself and your family, helping you to develop healthy ways to navigate the many life stressors that can be thrown your way.

I have over ten years experience in the mental health field. I specialize in working with children and their families in order to help support and foster parent and family relationships. I also work with individuals of all ages and couples. It is tricky navigating the many relationships in life and I am here to walk alongside you in building those sought after connections.

I believe it is important to meet clients where they are at currently and help them gain the strength that is already within.

If you would like to connect, please reach out! I look forward to meeting you.

My clinical supervisor is Rebecca Burton, LMFT, CT Lic # 001041.
