Life feels pretty difficult sometimes. You’re trying to do the right thing, but it’s not working. Your work or school life feels pretty overwhelming and the people in your life don’t really seem to understand, and you feel lonely, overwhelmed, and frustrated. You know you could be a lot happier, but you don’t know how to change your life. I’m here to help.

My Approach:

I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in the state of Connecticut and I’m truly passionate about helping people create “what comes next.” I believe in creating a non-judgmental environment with a strengths-based, collaborative approach to therapy. As an LMFT, I am skilled in looking at systems and how they impact you both negatively and positively - from your internal system to your family to your culture. We’ll work together to identify and eradicate the obstacles that are standing in the way of you creating the life you deserve. I’ll provide support as you create coping skills and strategies that will help clear the way for personal growth. I practice out of our Manchester CT office and via telehealth.

Specialties and Modalities

My specialty areas include life transitions, depression, anxiety, and parenting & relationship difficulties. I also have an interest in working with young adults who are exploring life and career options. I use various treatment modalities such as motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and solution focused therapy. I am also a certified kink-informed provider.

Does insurance cover the cost of therapy sessions?

I take Husky/Medicaid, United/Optum/Connecticare/Oxford, Harvard Pilgrim, Anthem BCBS, Aetna, Health New England, and Cigna. I will also work with your out of network (OON) benefits and offer a sliding scale.
