Hi, I’m Casey. I’m glad you found my webpage. I love working with kids, adolescents, and adults who are looking for help with feeling balanced and at peace. I love getting to know the people I work with. We talk about identity, intersectionality, and the social context that you live in in order to help you better understand yourself and the relationships you are in.

I support the people I hold space for in doing more than just "coping" and focusing instead on thriving. I especially love my work with LGBTQIA+ individuals, those who have experienced bullying, anxious folks, people with relationship issues, domestic violence survivors, clients with ADHD, and those who have experienced trauma.

Does insurance cover the cost of therapy sessions? 

I work with clients with Husky/Medicaid, and will soon be in network with Anthem, United/Optum, and Aetna. I also offer a self-selecting sliding scale. I practice in our Manchester CT office and offer teletherapy.
